Bertolinni, better known as Lieutenant Stripes, is the younger brother of late Colonel Stars. The brothers walk the same path of an ex-mafia enforcer turned costumed vigilante. He was a founding member of Justice Forever.
Biography[]
Lieutenant Stripes was a former mobster working for John Genovese with the man who would become Colonel Stars. Both men became born again Christians and left Genovese employment shortly before Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl brought the entire organization crashing down. Neither man died.
Later, he decided to redeem himself by fighting crime alongside Colonel Stars, and the two founded Justice Forever, recruiting Doctor Gravity, Night Bitch, Insect Man, Remembering Tommy, Battle Guy and later Kick-Ass. Together they took down a human trafficking organization.
In Kick-Ass 3, he is working as a Hospital Janitor and kept guard on Chris Genovese. Due to the fact Chris G brutally murdered his brother, he attempted to choke him to death. He failed and was killed when Chris Genovese's mother came in and shot him multiple times.
